Research indicates that the negative effects of stress in our society are so bad that one out of every three individuals suffers from some type of mental illness. Truly, depression, alcoholism and drug addiction are epidemic today. Even if we are not one of the three, stress plays a terrible impact on our quality of life. But, it doesn't have to be that way.
